By Charles S. Goodall and Julia Gasnow. Published by Howell book house. 1984
Although this is an older book it has a ton of good information in it. Another thing about having an older books is you get to see how the breed has changed over the years. One thing that is really great about this book is that it goes over Gun and Field Springers in the first part of the book and then also goes over Show and Obedience Springers in the second half of the book. With there being such a big difference between the field and bench bred English Springer Spaniel it is nice to have a book that covers both dogs. It is so full of information that it takes a while to get through it all, but once you are done with this book you will know more than most springer owners! There are 288 pages for of info.
